The Utility Regulator today publishes its decision on the Premier Transmission Ltd. (PTL) and Belfast Gas Transmission Ltd. (BGTL) operating expenditure review. PTL and BGTL are both gas transmission system operators.
The decision paper outlines the level of PTL and BGTL controllable operational expenditure for the three years 2011/12, 2012/13 and 2013/14.
In June 2012, the Utility Regulator published a consultation paper on this issue and received the following two responses:
• Mutual Energy Ltd.
• The Consumer Council
Having considered all responses and representations made to the consultation, the Utility Regulator now publishes its decision on the operating expenditure review.
Copies of the document will be made available in large print, Braille, audio cassette and a variety of minority languages if required.
