PC28 Approach Document

We published our Approach Consultation on 5 September 2025. This sets out our initial views on how we propose to meet our statutory duties with regard to the setting of the PC28 framework along with our expectations to support NI Water in its planning for our next price control.

Following the approach phase and NI Water’s submission of its business plan, we will then publish a Draft Determination for consultation, and this will be followed with a Final Determination that will set out the final decisions on the PC28 price control.
