The Utility Regulator has today, 30 June 2017, published a letter approving the SEMOpx Rules.
Under licence condition 15A of the SONI SEM Operator licence, SEMOpx submitted these rules to the Authority on 15 June 2017 following consultation with stakeholders through the Business Liaison Group.
