Decision paper for RP6 licence modifications published

The Utility Regulator today publishes its decision paper on licence modifications to the NIE Networks transmission and distribution licences

The licence modifications in this decision paper are required to give effect to the price control decision which was published on the 30 June 2017. We have already consulted on licence modifications and our consultation period concluded on the 28 July 2017.

We have considered NIE Networks comments in response to our consultation and include our respective decisions within the decision paper.   This decision paper on licence modifications is complemented by Appendix 1 and 2 showing the tracked changes to the transmission and distribution licences for NIE Networks as follows:

These licence modifications are scheduled to become effective from the 2nd October 2017
