The Utility Regulator today publishes its decision on licence changes in order to provide certainty of revenues recoverable by SONI for capital expenditure (capex) projects. This licence change comes as a result of a CMA (Competition and Markets Authority) decision. Our decision will see a new term (Zt) being introduced into the revenue formula to provide for capital returns to interim projects not provided for in SONI’s price control.
Our decision follows a consultation which was published on the 10 August 2018. No formal consultation responses were received.
