Grant of licence to generate electricity to Belfast Power Limited.
On 23 April 2017 the Utility Regulator issued a public consultation on the proposed grant of an electricity generation licence to Belfast Power Limited.
We did not receive any formal responses to the proposal to grant a licence to Belfast Power Ltd.
In accordance with Article 10 of The Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992, the Utility Regulator now gives notice that a licence for the generation of electricity in Northern Ireland was granted to Belfast Power Limited on 28 November 2017.
