Following the submission of further information from NI Water it is necessary to defer the publication date for the Final Determination of PC10 to allow the Utility Regulator sufficient time to fully assess and analyse the additional information. We would hope to publish the Final Determination by the end of January or early February at the latest and will advise of the revised date when confirmed.
