The Utility Regulator today announced that, following discussions with key stakeholders, it is extending the time for completing the regulated gas tariff review relating to Phoenix Supply Limited by one month.
The announcement is made in the context of the continued volatility in the international wholesale energy markets, and the need to gather further information to inform tariff decisions.
It is now expected that the tariff review process will conclude in mid April with an effective date for the new tariff of 1st May.
