The Evaluative Performance Framework (EPF), part of SONI’s 2020 - 2025 price control, provides an evaluation of their Annual Forward Plans and performance. Through it we build a comprehensive picture of SONI’s performance based on the knowledge and experience of a wide range of consumers, industry parties and experts.
We recently published a call for feedback on SONI’s Forward Plan for 2023/2024, which remains open until noon on 14 November 2023.
As part of this process we are hosting a stakeholder meeting with the EPF Panel in attendance on:
Thursday 23 November 2023, 2:00pm to 3:00pm.
Please be advised this 'open session' for all stakeholders is expected to run until 3:00pm. The remainder will then be a closed session for SONI, the Independent Panel and the Utility Regulator.
This will be a hybrid event, with the option for stakeholders to attend either in person at Queens House or online.
This event will allow SONI to explain its Annual Forward Plan for 2023/2024 and allow stakeholders to ask questions and provide direct feedback to SONI.
