We published a Final Determination on the SONI price control for the five year period from 1 October 2015 to 30 September 2020 on 24th February 2016 and have subsequently decided to further consult on two specific topics.
Today we publish a Further Consultation covering both pensions (including both pension deficit and ongoing pension operational expenditure) and change in law.
