The Utility Regulator and the Commission for Energy Regulation (CER) are today publishing a Conclusion Paper on the options for the Gas Operational Regime as part of the Common Arrangements for Gas (CAG) project.
This document takes account of the responses received by the Regulators to the October Draft Conclusions Paper on the options for the operational regime. The non-confidential responses submitted are available on both regulators’ websites: (www.cer.ie) and (www.niaur.gov.uk).
