On 20 January 2017 the Utility Regulator issued a public consultation on the proposed grant of an electricity generation licence to Lightsource SPV 266 (NI) Limited.
We did not receive any formal responses to the proposal to grant a licence to Lightsource SPV 266 (NI) Limited.
In accordance with Article 10 of The Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992, the Utility Regulator now gives notice that a licence for the generation of electricity in Northern Ireland was granted to Lightsource SPV 266 (NI) Limited on 23 February 2017.
