The UR is today publishing the final decision on our new Enforcement Procedure and updated Financial Penalties Policy
This follows a public consultation carried out in July 2015. The Enforcement Procedure creates a transparent, step by step process document outlining the process we will follow when investigating or taking enforcement action.
Following a review of the responses received we have now finalised the Enforcement Procedure and Financial Penalties Policy, which have now come into effect. To view the procedure click here.
There were four responses received to the consultation from NI Water, Energia, Consumer Council and firmus energy. These responses are available to view here.
Copies of the documents can be made available in large print, Braille, audio cassette and a variety of relevant minority languages if required.
