Common Arrangements for Gas Security of Supply Conclusions Paper

The Commission for Energy Regulation in Ireland and the Utility Regulator in Northern Ireland (the Regulatory Authorities) have today (9th of September 2009) published a Conclusions Paper on Security of Supply as part of the Common Arrangements for Gas (CAG) project. This paper follows the Consultation Paper on Security of Supply in which the Regulatory Authorities invited comment on security standards, obligations on shippers/suppliers and gas storage. The Conclusions Paper sets out the conclusions and next steps of the Regulatory Authorities in relation to these issues.
