Under Article 14 of the Gas (NI) Order 1996 the Utility Regulator today publishes its decision on high pressure conveyance licence modifications necessary to introduce gas entry products and charges.
The changes to standard condition Part 2A of the high pressure gas conveyance licences since the consultation are marked up and published alongside this decision. Also published is our final decision on the amendments to the revenue conditions of the PTL, BGTL and BGE(UK) licences.
The modifications will come into effect on 9th July (56 days from days).
This decision follows notice of the modifications and a consultation paper published in February 2015. This consultation closed on the 11th March 2015 and one response was received from Mutual Energy.
