Following a consultation in August 2018, the Utility Regulator is publishing its Equality Scheme and Disability Action Plan 2018-2023.
The document has been revised and amended to ensure that it is up-to-date to reflect changes that have been made to the organisational structure, functions and contact details. No substantive changes were proposed. There were no responses as a result of the consultation and the Equality Scheme and Disability Action Plan 2018-23 have been submitted to the Equality Commission and will be published on the Equality Section of the website.
