The Utility Regulator and the Commission for Energy Regulation have today (28th May 2010) published the first common Information Note providing the additional hedging information the Regulatory Authorities committed to providing in the Retail Tariff Timetable paper, and also provides an update on the progress of items set out in the tariff timetable.
