The Competition and Market Authority (CMA) published the outcome of an appeal, brought by firmus energy on elements of our GD17 price control, on 27 June 2017.
As part of the appeal outcome, the CMA referred two grounds back to us for consideration, relating to Ground 2A (connection targets) and Ground 2B (non additionality).
On the 19 December 2017, we published a consultation seeking views on our proposals relating to these two grounds. The consultation closed on the 2 February 2018 and we have considered all of the responses received.
Today we are publishing our decision on the licence modifications to give effect to our consideration of Ground 2A and Ground 2B for consultation. This decision document is published along with eleven associated annexes.
The modifications shown in Annex 6 of the Decision Paper shall have effect from 25 May 2018.
Copies of the decision can be made available in large print, Braille, audio cassette and a variety of minority languages if required.
