Today the UR publishes its final decisions following a consultation on proposed modifications to transmission interface arrangements (TIA) between NIE and SONI resulting from the implementation of the third energy package (IME3).
The consultation received one response.
The TIA modifications (excluding section D) have been approved by the Utility Regulator. During the consultation period NIE and SONI continued to work collaboratively to produce an update to section D of the TIA which has been accepted by the Utility Regulator.
