Latest Utility Regulator newsletter published

We have published our latest newsletter which provides an update on our work during September.

In this edition, we reflect on the opening of our new office at Millennium House, Belfast by the Economy Minister, Dr Caoimhe Archibald, on Thursday 25 September.

We also look back at some of the insightful industry events and stakeholder meetings that we have engaged in this month.

On Tuesday 16 September, our Chief Executive, John French was pleased to attend the Council of European Energy Regulators’ General Assembly meeting in Copenhagen.

On Wednesday 17 September, our Board visited Co. Fermanagh-based manufacturer, Encirc. During the session, they were also delighted to meet with and hear from representatives from Fermanagh and Omagh District Council, Evolve, Vidrala and Balcas.

On Friday 19 September, we held a stakeholder briefing to provide an update on regulated electricity charges, known as Regulated Entitlement Values.

Following this, on the same date, we published an annual Regulated Entitlement Values Information Paper for the 2025/2026 tariff year.

A number of our team attended the NI Energy Summit at ICC Belfast on Wednesday 24 September.

Throughout the month, we have also published a number of other important documents. These include:
