PC21 Consultation Responses

Our draft determination for NI Water’s PC21 price control was published for consultation on 30 September 2020.  The consultation period closed on 16 December 2020.

Consultation responses were received from 10 organisations/individuals.  One asked for their response to be treated as confidential and not to be published.

NI Water response

The response received from NI Water comprised of a main report supported by 39 Annexes.  In preparation for publication, NI Water redacted some information from its main report and Annexes which it deemed to be commercially confidential.  It also asked for some Annexes to be redacted in full for similar reasons.

NI Water submitted an excision proforma summarising the redactions made and the company’s reasons for making them.  This can be found at the link below, along with NI Water’s redacted responses.

The comments received in the consultation responses were considered as we developed and completed our final determination and Annex R of our final determination summarises how we dealt with them.
