Energy theft can have serious safety consequences and increases costs for all energy consumers. The objective of the Energy Theft Code of Practice is to protect gas and electricity consumers from the safety issues and costs related to energy theft.

The consultation seeks industry and stakeholder views on the high level design, principles and contents of the Energy Theft Codes of Practice.

Copies of the document will be made available in large print, Braille, audio cassette and a variety of relevant minority languages if required.
