Today, we publish for consultation our proposals regarding the revision of the annual reporting requirements for Northern Ireland’s gas distribution network operators (GDNs).
The consultation document sets out proposals for the Regulatory Instructions and Guidance (RIGs) for the annual reporting of gas GDNs costs and outputs. It details the changes from the existing guidance, rationale for change and the expected effect.
Following consultation, we will review responses and take a decision regarding the annual reporting requirements for GD23 (the current price control for the gas distribution companies).
