Decision paper published on modifications to NIE Network’s Transmission and Distribution Licences

The Utility Regulator today publishes its decision paper  on licence modifications to the NIE Networks Transmission and Distribution Licences. A number of changes have been made, including an extension to the timeframe for RP6, the current price control for NIE Networks. The extension is for one year and the price control will now end on 1 April 2025.

We previously consulted on these licence modifications in January 2023.  

We received four responses to our consultation which are available below:

We have considered the representations made in response to our consultation and our respective decisions are provided within the decision paper. The decision paper is complemented by eight annexes which are available below.
