Retail Market Documentation

The Supply Meter Point Agreement for the Greater Belfast Licensed Area and the Ten Towns Licensed Area (the SMP Agreement) is an agreement between gas suppliers detailing how they will facilitate the change of supplier processes in Northern Ireland.  The SMP Agreement includes a number of Schedules which are provided below.  Compliance with the SMP Agreement is a mandatory licence requirement for all active gas suppliers under condition 2.26 of gas supply licences.
